About ASEDGI
Ambassadors for Social Economic Development Goals Initiative — a registered International NGO driving sustainable development across Nigeria, Africa and globally across all 36 states.
To drive social and economic development across Nigeria, Africa and globally through infrastructural development, community empowerment, and humanitarian services that address life challenges faced by Nigerians.
A world where every citizen has access to quality infrastructure, economic opportunity, and humanitarian support regardless of their location or background.
Established to Make a Difference
ASEDGI — Ambassadors for Social Economic Development Goals Initiative — was incorporated under Nigerian law in October 2025 and registered with the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML) under registration number SC 151424542 in November 2025. We are a non-governmental, non-political organisation operating across all 36 Nigerian states and internationally and the Federal Capital Territory.
Our work is guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals — specifically SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities). We believe that physical infrastructure is the foundation upon which all other development rests.
ASEDGI operates through strategic partnerships with GCECLC (Global Center for Empowerment and Care for Life Challenges) in Nigeria and CIEED (International Council of European Development Experts) in Chad — giving our work both local roots and international reach.
We are governed by a ratified Constitution signed on 7th October 2025, with independent auditors appointed annually to ensure full financial transparency and accountability to our donors and the communities we serve.
Our Core Focus Areas
infrastructural development
We plan, facilitate, and advocate for the construction of housing, roads, schools, and public facilities across Nigeria, Africa and globally. Our Phase 1 target is 10,000 units per state (5,000 in Phase 1, 5,000 in Phase 2) — a total of 360,000 units nationwide.
Social Economic Development
We create pathways for economic advancement through skills training, entrepreneurship support, and advocacy for policies that expand opportunity for all Nigerians.
Community Empowerment
We work directly with communities to identify their needs, build their capacity, and connect them with resources and opportunities that create lasting change.
Humanitarian Services
We respond to humanitarian needs across Nigeria, Africa and globally — providing support to vulnerable populations and advocating for dignity and basic rights for all.
